Man Pleads Guilty To Selling 11 Lbs Of Meth In Target Parking Lot
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A 35-year-old Arden Hills man pleaded guilty Tuesday in federal court to distributing about 11 pound of methamphetamine after trying to sell to an undercover cop at a Target parking lot earlier this year.
Marcelino Garcia pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute 500 or more grams of meth after getting indicted on March 20, 2013.
Garcia, also known as Moreno Marcelino Garcia and Marcelino Garcia-Moreno, admitted he made arrangements to sell about 11 pounds of meth to an undercover federal agent at a Target parking lot in Shoreview.
Authorities also seized a 9 mm, a semi-automatic pistol, and five additional pounds of meth at his residence.
