Man Killed In St. Paul Bar Shooting Identified, Arrest Made
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Police have released the identity of the man who was shot and killed inside a sports bar. They also confirm someone has been arrested in the case.
Authorities said the victim was 45-year-old Vone Moua. Friends say he owned Malina's Bar, where the shooting took place.
It happened shortly before 3 a.m. Sunday on 691 N. Dale St.
Two other men were also hurt. One man was treated and released at Regions Hospital while the other was admitted for his injuries. Officials say his injuries are not life-threatening.
The identities of the other two men are not being released for investigative purposes.
Police say this was not a random attack, but they aren't releasing any information regarding the arrest.
They said they're still investigating the events that led up to the shooting.
