Man Gets 18 Months For Possessing Child Porn
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A 28-year-old Plymouth man was sentenced to 18 months in prison in Minneapolis Federal Court on Friday for having images and videos of child pornography.
U.S. District Court Judge John Tunheim sentenced Michael Dean Tingelstad on one count of child pornography. Tingelstad was indicted Dec. 16, 2009, and pleaded guilty April 21, 2010.
In the plea agreement, Tingelstad admitted that on Sept. 28, 2006, he knowingly had computer images and video files of minors engaged in sexually explicit content.
