Man Accused Of Whipping Children Who Switched TV
ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) -- A Roseville man is accused of whipping his two children for changing the TV channel from a Christian station.
A criminal complaint filed in Ramsey County says Stanley Ogbonna admitted grabbing a cord and striking his 10-year-old daughter in the head and neck. The man's 8-year-old son told an investigator his father beat him nearly every day.
Ogbonna is charged with malicious punishment of a child.
The St. Paul Pioneer Press says examinations at Children's Hospital in St. Paul showed marks on both children.
