Minnesota Man Accused Of Making Threats At Fargo VA

FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A Wheaton, Minnesota man is accused of making threats about a shooting at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Fargo.

Federal court documents say Tait Tracy demanded to see his social worker at the VA on February 13th. When he was told that wasn't possible, he allegedly said he was going to return and "shoot the place up."

Tracy told police he did not nothing wrong. He said he got into a conversation about politics with somebody at the hospital's main desk and left the facility.

Tracy has pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct. Trial is scheduled for April 21.

A federal public defender declined to comment.
