Man, 60, Dies After Being Run Over At High School
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Officials say a 60-year-old man died on Friday after being hit by a car at a Minnesota high school.
Vernon Barthel, of Rice, was run over at Royalton High School, the Hennepin County Medical Examiner's Office said.
Barthel died shortly after the incident at North Memorial Medical Center.
His death is being investigated by officials in Morrison County.
Royalton High School is about 20 miles north of St. Cloud.
