Mama V's Spinach-Artichoke Dip

Frank Vascellaro and his mother Rosalie are back in the kitchen to whip together a spinach-artichoke dip to use at any great tailgate party. Check out the recipe below.

Ingredients

1 10-ounce box chopped spinach
1 can artichokes, cut in quarters
4 ounces mayonnaise
4 ounces sour cream
1 cup-Monterey Jack cheese
1-cup Mozzarella cheese
1-cup Parmesan cheese
Your favorite crackers or Dorito's chips

Directions

Place all the above ingredients in microwave safe bowl and mix together.

Microwave for 5 minutes. Remove, stir and then microwave again for about another 5 minutes. If you thawed the spinach ahead of time, your microwave time will be less.

You can also double all the above for super large batch of spinach dip. It's good. Enjoy!
