Survey: Americans Really Dislike Long Grocery Checkout Lines
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- No one wants to wait in a long checkout line, but a new survey shows grocery shoppers really hate long lines.
Long lines were ranked as the worst part of grocery shopping.
The researchers say over half of shoppers are willing to walk away entirely, to avoid a slow checkout.
The study also showed a bad checkout experience could be enough to have shoppers avoid the store all together.
