Lake Superior Fish Classic Sold Out
DULUTH, Minn. (AP) -- The Lake Superior Fish Classic at the Duluth Depot is sold out.
Before the doors open to the public Friday, 10 chefs from Minnesota and Wisconsin are due to compete for $1,000. They'll go head-to-head to create entrees out of cisco or whitefish, or both, from Lake Superior. Guests will then be admitted to savor the flavors and vote for their own favorite dish of the night.
At 7 p.m., the judges will announce the winners of the professional chef competition and the results of the People's Choice award.
The event is sponsored by Minnesota Sea Grant and Wisconsin Sea Grant.
