DULUTH, Minn. (WCCO) -- A Minnesota entrepreneur who changed Duluth -- and our dinner tables -- died Thursday morning.
Jeno Paulucci, who is perhaps best known for founding the Chun King brand of canned Chinese food, passed away at the age of 93.
He died only four days after his wife Lois died.
Paulucci also helped make a new snack popular, which he named after himself: Jeno's Pizza Rolls.
His company became Duluth's largest employer with thousands of workers.
