Jablonski Gets Drafted By Top USHL Team
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The hockey world is once again coming together to celebrate former high school player Jack Jablonski.
Tuesday night, the Chicago Steel, one of the top junior hockey teams in the country, drafted the former Benilde-St. Margaret's player. The Steel play in the Eastern Division of the United States Hockey League.
The move is symbolic. Jablonski was badly hurt and paralyzed from a hit during a game in 2011. The Steel congratulated Jablonski on Twitter. He replied with the simple phrase: "Best Night Ever."
