Iowa Company Awards 600 Employees With Caribbean Cruise
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – An Iowa company is taking holiday bonuses to a new level.
More than 600 employees at a cabinet manufacturing company in Waterloo, Iowa are being treated to a Caribbean cruise for their holiday bonus.
Owner Gary Bertch said his employees have worked hard to meet the company goals, and after a few years of economic downturn the company is finally seeing the tables turn.
The employees set sail on Jan. 8.
