Inver Grove Heights Man Acquitted In Vulnerable Adult Assault
HASTINGS, Minn. (WCCO) – A Inver Grove Heights man has been acquitted of charges accusing him of sexually assaulting a vulnerable adult who had suffered a traumatic brain injury, according to the Dakota County Attorney's Office.
Michael Joseph Hall was charged with two felony counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct in connection with the incident.
Both charges were dropped on June 7, 2012.
