Hottest Twin Cities Search Terms On Google

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Google has come out with a list of the 10 fastest rising terms that people in the Twin Cities are using.
It's called "Google Zeitgeist." Zeitgeist is a German term for "the spirit of the times."
"We look at those (searches) that are quickly rising, capturing shares of minds," said Google Managing Director Jim Lecinski, on The John Williams Show on WCCO radio.

The goal of the list is to provide a local look into what people are Googling. The list does not include popular national search trends like the TV show "Glee" or Apple's iPad. Each term is ranked on how unique it is to the local area.
