Hormel Donates Food To North Dakota Flood Victims
AUSTIN, Minn. (AP) -- Hormel Foods Corp. is donating food to flood victims in Minot, N.D.
The Austin-based Hormel will give 55,000 microwave meals to a Feeding America food bank that is aiding the flood victims. Hormel made a similar donation to those whose lives were disrupted by the Joplin, Mo., tornadoes in May.
The Austin Daily Herald says the company also donated $56,000 to the American Red Cross for Japan tsunami relief in March.
