Helicopter Video: Devastation In Duluth
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Parking lots usually crowded with cars are now replaced by lakes.
Streets are now rivers – kayaks are the best way to get around.
Some bridges have been washed away, and in downtown Duluth, water is shooting up through manholes, creating geysers in intersections.
As for homeowners, many are stranded just hoping for the water to go down.
