Heat Causes Road Buckling On I-35W
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The heat has caused road buckling in Bloomington, forcing two lanes to close on Interstate 35W.
Crews worked to repair the buckling, which took place on southbound I-35W at 90th Street, around 8:50 a.m. Thursday.
The heat wave is expected to clear out after today but not before temperatures climb into the 90s.
