Harvin, Edwards, Favre Miss Vikes Practice
EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. (AP) -- Percy Harvin, Ray Edwards and Brett Favre were among six Minnesota Vikings who missed practice on Wednesday while dealing with injuries.
Harvin missed the game against Buffalo on Sunday with migraine headaches. Coach Leslie Frazier says the symptoms are lingering and is unsure if he will be ready to play the New York Giants on Sunday.
Edwards, the starting defensive end opposite Jared Allen, also missed the Bills game with a high ankle sprain. But Frazier says he is improving and has a chance to play on Sunday.
Favre has a sprained SC joint in his throwing shoulder and likely will practice very little this week.
Also missing practice were safety Tyrell Johnson with a knee injury, cornerback Chris Cook with a knee injury and quarterback Joe Webb with a hamstring injury.
