Grand Jury Indicts Man In 2009 Murder Of 2-Year-Old
ST. PAUL (WCCO) -- A 23-year-old man was indicted Monday in the Sept. 11, 2009 death of a 2-year-old.
The Grand Jury indictment charges Demetrius Charles Willis with unintentional second-degree murder, while committing a first-degree assault in the death of Julian James-Robert Williams.
Willis was also indicted on three other counts of second-degree murder, two counts of first-degree manslaughter and one count of second-degree manslaughter.
His bail has been set at $500,000.
