Gopher Football Hosting Pro Day March 7
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The University of Minnesota football team will host its pro day for outgoing Gophers players on Monday, March 7.
The event will be held at 8 a.m. at the Gibson-Nagurski Football Complex, but is not open to the general public. It's a chance for outgoing seniors to get looked at by NFL scouts before the upcoming draft.
The players scheduled to participate include Brian Bobek, Briean Boddy-Calhoun, De'Vondre Campbell, Theiren Cockran, Antonio Johnson, K.J. Maye, Peter Mortell, Eric Murray, Miles Thomas and Rodrick Williams.
The NFL Draft is scheduled for April 28-30 in Chicago. Gophers that could be drafted over those three days include Boddy-Calhoun and Murray.
