Goin' To The Lake, Summer 2016: Be Our Tour Guide!
We're sharing the love this summer and getting more of the WCCO gang on the road! Yes indeed, we are Goin' to the Lake once again!
WCCO-TV and WCCO Radio will be hitting the lake every week from late June until the beginning of the State Fair. We will be live on Thursdays and Fridays throughout the summer months.
So now we need your input! Tell us where we should go during these weeks and why. What should we do at each stop — do you have a favorite restaurant? Know of a great fishing hole? Are there any log-rolling contests or art events or locally-renowned food fests? Let us know!
June 23-24: Nevis
June 30-July 1: Brainerd Lakes
July 7-8: Spooner, WI
July 14-15: Moose Lake
July 21-22: Cannon Falls
July 28-29: Glenwood
August 4-5: Bemidji
August 11-12: Rice Lake, WI
August 18-19: Ortonville
