Gadgets To Help Cook Thanksgiving Dinner
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- It is time to get ready for Thanksgiving, but don't let cooking that big feast take up your entire day.
There are several gadgets that can cut your work down this holiday season.
Chris Shaffer went to Best Buy in Eden Prairie looking for any short cuts and found something for the iPhone that can help you cook a great turkey.
The app is called iGrill and takes the place of a digital thermometer. It comes with an attachment that you put in the bird then your phone will keep you up-to-date with the internal temp of the bird so you know when it is done without opening the oven all day.
If you're looking to save a little bit of time cooking the turkey and you're in the market for a new stove, convection is the way to go. They can save you up to one-third the time.
