Fridley Man Enters Guilty Plea For Groping Girl, 11, At Wal-Mart
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A 29-year-old man Fridley man charged with criminal sexual conduct for allegedly groping an 11-year-old girl at Fridley Wal-Mart has entered a petition for a guilty plea on Tuesday.
Nathan William Charles Jones is scheduled for sentencing at 2 p.m. on March 27.
According to the charges, Jones is accused of touching a girl's buttocks as she was standing next to her mother and sister in the crowded store.
The complaint states that as Jones grabbed the girl, he leaned in and said, "Excuse me," and then walked away.
The store's surveillance cameras captured the incident, which occurred on Dec. 26.
