Fort Snelling State Park To Reopen Tuesday
ST. PAUL, Minn. (WCCO) -- The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources says Fort Snelling State Park will reopen Tuesday, following a months-long closure due to flooding.
The park was closed in March due to flooding that caused substantial damage to buildings, roads and its main water supply. The DNR says the water supply has now been restored and major road improvements have been completed.
The park is scheduled to reopen at 8 a.m.
