Fmr. Shattuck-St. Mary's Teacher Pleads Guilty To Sexually Abusing Boys
RICE COUNTY, Minn. (WCCO) -- The former Shattuck-St. Mary's teacher charged with seven counts of sexually abusing six students changed his plea to guilty on Friday, according to the Rice County Attorney.
Lynn Seibel, 71, taught at the Faribault boarding school and was accused of sexually assaulting six males students from 1999 to 2003. He'll now be sentenced on Oct. 4.
Seibel left Shattuck-St. Mary's in 2003 after child pornography was found on his computer. But police reportedly weren't told about that incident, and he wasn't charged.
He had been working as an actor in California before his arrest last year.
