FBI: Suspicious Packages Discovered At MSP
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Packages believed to be suspicious were discovered at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport Tuesday evening, according to the FBI.
FBI spokesman Kyle Loven says that around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday, UPS workers discovered the packages that they believed were suspicious at their cargo facility. Loven would not say what deemed them suspicious.
The packages, which were addressed to various government agencies, are being analyzed by the Minnesota Department of Health.
More information may be released later this week, Loven said.
