WILLMAR, Minn. (WCCO) -- A grand jury has indicted a father and son on first-degree murder charges for the death of a Minnesota teacher.
Delbert Huber, 81, is accused of shooting Timothy Larson last month after a confrontation at a farm owned by Larson's family.
Police say Timothy Huber was also at the Kandiyohi County farm. The two are accused of not reporting the shooting until more than 12 hours after it happened.
