Fargo Man Pleads Not Guilty In MN Armed Robbery
FARGO, N.D. (AP) -- A 21-year-old Fargo man accused in the armed robbery of a gas station in neighboring Moorhead, Minn., has pleaded not guilty.
James Taylor was charged Feb. 22 with aggravated robbery in the Feb. 10 holdup at a Stop-N-Go store. The Forum reports he's to stand trial beginning May 10.
The judge has refused a defense request to lower Taylor's bail from $75,000 to $50,000.
Police suspect Taylor is one of three men who stole about $4,000 in cash from the convenience store. An 18-year-old Moorhead man also has been charged in the case.
