Eagan Man, 52, Sentenced For Child Pornography
ST. PAUL (WCCO) -- A 52-year-old Eagan man was sentenced in a St. Paul federal court Monday for possessing two video images of child pornography, according to the United States Attorney's Office.
Joel Leslie Wells was sentenced to 84 months in prison and 20 years of supervised release on one count of possession of child pornography.
In his plea agreement, Wells admitted that, on Dec. 30, 2004, he received two videos on his computer containing "visual depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct." He also admitted to possessing at least 300 other images of child pornography.
