Duluth Suing Store For Fostering Violence
DULUTH, Minn. (WCCO) -- A lawsuit filed on Friday by the city of Duluth accuses a store of fostering violence outside its doors on East Superior Street.
The city attorney for Duluth provided dramatic surveillance video of the scene outside "Last Place on Earth."
The city says the store is selling synthetic drugs and it's leading to problems.
In the video, you can see a group of people come out of the store and start hitting a man.
That man then falls to ground and is dragged and thrown into the street.
Another man comes by and gets the man out of the street.
The city attorney says this video shows just how dangerous the store has become.
