Duluth Fighter Wing Begins Training
DULUTH, Minn. (AP) — It could be a little noisier in the skies over Duluth.
The Minnesota Air National Guard's 148th Fighter Wing starts readiness training exercises Thursday. The guard warns there will be increased activity, vehicle traffic and radio transmissions relating to simulated explosions and emergencies on base.
The training will provide realistic operational training for members of the 148th Fighter Wing.
KBJR-TV says the majority of training activities will take place Friday and Saturday.
