MPD: Man Fatally Stabbed In Dinkytown; Suspect In Custody
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Police say a man died after being stabbed in Minneapolis' Dinkytown neighborhood Thursday night.
The stabbing happened at about 7:30 p.m. near University and 13th avenues by the University of Minnesota's East Bank campus.
The victim, identified as 21-year-old Sean Maina of Maple Grove, later died from his injuries at Hennepin County Medical Center.
Police say a man, who knew Maina, was arrested at the scene.
