Decomposing Body Found By Highway Worker In Burnsville
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Burnsville police say a decomposing body was found Wednesday morning near a busy highway.
A state highway worker found the body at about 10:36 a.m. along Highway 13 near River Hills Drive.
The Hennepin County Medical Examiner's office is working to determine the victim's identity and exact cause of death.
