DeBlog: Open Enrollment -- What Should We Sign Up For?
So I'm looking at my 28 page "Healthy Choices For You" booklet (your CBS Health & Welfare Benefits Enrollment Guide), thinking: huh?
I've got Medical Plan Options, Dental Plan Options, Flexible Spending Accounts, Life & Accident Insurance, Disability Coverage, Cancer Care Insurance, Long-Term Care Insurance and a Qualified Transportation Program.
Whoa.
Most of us have Open Enrollment in November, where we select our benefits for 2011. We thought we should explore some Good Questions about all this. What are the top 3 things we SHOULD be signing up for (obviously we need medical - but what else?) and what is one thing we can probably skip?
