Dairy Economist To Speak At South Dakota State
BROOKINGS, S.D. (AP) — A University of Minnesota dairy economist will speak at South Dakota University on Wednesday about current federal dairy legislation.
Marin Bozic will talk at the Alfred Dairy Science Hall from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. The session is sponsored by the South Dakota Dairy Producers.
Bozic has been part of the team evaluating the impact of the Dairy Security Act and the Goodlatte-Scott amendment proposals currently under review in the U.S. Congress. His remarks are intended to help dairy producers determine how to weigh in with their Congressional representatives.
