Coon Rapids School Playground Set On Fire
COON RAPIDS, Minn. (WCCO) -- Coon Rapids Police are looking for a person who intentionally set a playground on fire.
It happened around 11 p.m. Wednesday at Sorteberg Elementary School.
Officer said a 7-foot tube on the playground was set on fire and melted the bottom of it.
Police haven't made any arrests, but ask anyone with information to call Coon Rapids Police.
The school has been closed for about a year and a half, but the district is working on a plan to make use of it.
