City Official: School Bus Collides With Car In St. Louis Park
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A school bus collided with a car Tuesday afternoon in St. Louis Park, a city official said.
Jamie Zwilling, a city spokesperson, said the bus, which held children, was driving from Aquila Elementary on Minnetonka Boulevard when a high-school-aged male, driving on Rhode Island Avenue South pulled, out in front of the bus.
The bus then slammed into the car's side.
The car's driver suffered minor injuries and was shook up by the crash, Zwilling said. But no one else was injured.
The children on the bus were take home by another bus, Zwilling said.
