City In Canada Proposes Strict Trick-Or-Treat Rules
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- We're just about a month away from Halloween. And, that means it will be time for trick or treating.
And, a city in Canada is getting some attention over new trick-or-treat rules its proposing.
The rules proposed by the New Brunswick community would forbid anyone older than 16 from going door to door for candy and set a curfew of 8 p.m.
Anyone older than 16 who is found trick or treating could be fined $200.
