Celebrate! It's Minnesota Bundt Cake Day
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- It's Minnesota Bundt Day. Maybe you know that the iconic Bundt pan started out right here in St. Louis Park.
Nordic Ware started producing the pans in 1946 and in those 60 years, it has sold more than 65 million of them.
The Bundt pan really became popular in 1966, when a Tunnel of Fudge Cake won the Pillsbury Bake off that year.
Business is so good, Nordic Ware expanded its operations in the last few years to keep up with demand.
