CDC: 6 Percent Of Americans Engage In These 5 Health-Related Behaviors
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Just six percent of Americans engage in five key health-related behaviors that can prevent chronic disease.
That's according to the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention.
The CDC says those healthy behaviors are: Not smoking, getting regular physical exercise, not drinking to excess, maintaining a healthy weight, and sleeping at least seven hours per day.
The CDS says a third of Americans manage to do three.
