Car Smashes Into Green Mill Restaurant In St. Paul
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Police in St. Paul say a driver suspected of being under the influence caused a crash Saturday night that resulted in a car smashing into the Green Mill restaurant on Grand Avenue.
Officials say the crash happened around 10 p.m. after a driver blew through a red light and hit another car, which then slammed into the Green Mill's front window.
No one in the restaurant was hurt on the busy weekend night, because it was closed for renovations.
Police say they arrested the suspected drunk driver.
