Burnsville Police Searching For Driver Following Stabbing
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Police in Burnsville say they are searching for a domestic assault suspect Tuesday following a stabbing.
The Burnsville Police Department said officers responded to a domestic assault call around 11 a.m. on the 14000 block of Portland Avenue South. At the scene, they found a stabbing victim, who was taken to the Hennepin County Medical Center for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
Police say they are searching for the driver of gray 2015 Ford Focus with a Minnesota license plate reading 927RDC. Anyone who sees the vehicle is asked to call 911 immediately.
The names of the victim and suspect are being withheld while the investigation continues.
The public is not believed to be in danger, police say.
