Brooklyn Park House Fire Ruled Arson
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The Brooklyn Park house fire that began Monday night has been ruled an arson.
Brooklyn Park Fire Chief Ken Prillaman said the fire, at 6625 Kentucky Ave., started around 9 p.m. and took fire crews about a half an hour to put out.
He said no one was in the home at the time of the fire and that the tenant who lived there had recently moved out.
Brooklyn Park authorities say the have a description of a vehicle that was seen leaving the house and they are actively searching for that vehicle.
However, that description is not being made public at this time.
