Body Found Next To St. Louis Park Business
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The Hennepin County crime lab is investigating after a body was found, wrapped in a sheet, behind a St. Louis Park, Minn. business.
According to police, an employee at the business, located at 5001 Cedar Lake Road called 911 to report a possible body laying between their building and the railroad tracks.
When authorities arrived, they found a body wrapped in a sheet.
Police say it doesn't seem to be a suicide or an accident. They're investigating it as a crime.
Few details are available at this time, like the gender of the person or the person's identity. Officials said they may need help to identify the victim.
The medical examiner arrived on scene and removed the body.
Authorities say there is no reason to believe the public is in any danger.
