Bloomington Police Searching For Suspect Who Fled Warrant
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Police in Bloomington are searching for a suspect who fled a warrant early Wednesday morning.
According to Deputy Chief Mike Harley, officers were attempting to serve a warrant to the suspect at Tarnhill Apartments, located in the 5200 block of west 102nd Street.
The suspect realized what was happening and took off in a car before officers could approach him.
Officials said the suspect got into a car and drove toward the woods. The suspect then left the car on the edge of the woods and ran into them.
Police currently have a perimeter around the woods and are searching for the suspect.
