Biker Struck, Killed By School Bus Identified
WINONA, Minn. (AP) -- The bicyclist struck and killed by a school bus in Winona has been identified.
Authorities say 73-year-old Judy Whetstone of Winona was riding her bike near the senior high school Monday when the bus struck her while she was in the bike lane. The Minnesota State Patrol says she was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Winona Daily News says the driver of the bus and two student passengers were not injured.
