As one of the Three Rivers Parks, the scenic Bryant Lake Regional Park in Eden Prairie has an 18-hole disc golf course which offers the challenge of short and long tee boxes and a hilly terrain. Some holes have the option of two baskets. The most popular target is #17. Golfers have the opportunity to throw their discs off a cliff to reach their basket

South of the Twin Cities in Burnsville, Alimagent Lake Park lets players warm up on the first seven holes with open baskets and lots of trees. The last five holes players encounter a thicker, more challenging wooded area.

Disc golfers who enjoy hilly terrain and thick woods will be right at home on the Cottage Grove Oakwood Park course. This is considered one of the more challenging courses in the Cities and is not recommended for beginners.

Minnehaha Park may be famous for its 53-foor waterfall but it also has a popular disc golf course. The course terrain is flat with mature trees. The nine-hole course makes for a nice short game and is ideal paired with a picnic at the nearby Wabun Picnic Area.

Plymouth Creek Playfield is so popular don't be surprised if there is a waiting line to play. This 12-hole course has a good reputation for its visible signage and its Par 5 hole. The topography has some elevation and is mostly wooded. Fairways are wood chipped.
