Best Date Night Spots Near Target Field

When one thinks of a romantic evening with that special someone, baseball hot dogs may not immediately come to mind. It may be great ballpark food but it's not exactly date night dinner kind of cuisine.

So, before impressing your date with your finest "Charge!" chants, try wining and dining them at these great date spots before -- or after the game.

A recent nominee of the prestigious James Beard Award, 112 Eatery has quickly become a favorite to many local diners. It's been voted one of the best restaurants for late-night dining, serving a full menu until midnight Monday through Thursday and 1 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. The menu features a large selection of options, from lamb sugo to lobster with sweet potato and grits.

It's been coined the meat eater's dream. Fogo de Chao is the spot for freshly cut, perfectly prepared beef and steak. Featuring 15 cuts of meat from pork loin to filet mignon, servers at Fogo de Chao bring the food to you, slicing off tender cuts right on to your plate. Guests simply sit back, flip a card to green for more or red to stop and eat until they simply can't take another bite.
