BCA Seeks Man, 28, For Making Threats Against Law Enforcement
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is asking for the public's help in locating a non-complaint predatory offender.
According to the BCA, police are searching for Ryan Gean Clover, 28, for allegedly making threats of violence toward law enforcement.
Officials said Clover is from Isanti County area, but think he has contacts in the Pine County are of Minnesota and the Polk and Burnett county areas in western Wisconsin.
Clover is described as being 5'9' and 160 pounds. He has blue eyes and brown hair that has recently been shaved. He has a tattoo of a scythe and rose on his left forearm. On his right arm he has a barbed wire tattoo on the upper right and the name "Alexis" on his forearm.
