Authorities Offer $5K Reward To Find Suspect In Roseville Homicide
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Authorities said Monday they're offering a $5,0000 reward for information leading to the arrest of a person responsible for a man's death after an assault on Christmas Eve at a Roseville Park.
On Dec. 22, 2014, Ismail Jama, 28, was believed to have gone into Autumn Grove Park alone, where he was attacked by the tennis courts.
He was found in a drainage pond ditch semi-conscious by a neighbor visiting the park two days later. Jama worked full-time at a Minneapolis day-care facility. He died from his injuries in the assault on Jan. 8.
His death has been ruled a homicide. The Roseville Police Department and Crime Stoppers of Minnesota is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for the arrest of the person or persons responsible for his death.
